Our laboratory is part of the Research Institute of Environmental Medicine at Nagoya University (Higashiyama Campus), and we are responsible for graduate education as the Cooperative Division of Neural Regulation within the Graduate School of Medicine at Nagoya University. As such, there are several ways to join our laboratory.
The brain research conducted in our lab is crucial not only for medicine and pharmacology but also for various research backgrounds, including science, engineering, psychology, and information science & Technology. Therefore, we continuously update our methods and information in collaboration with nearby neuroscience laboratories, not only within Nagoya University but also with other institutions in the Tokai region, such as Nagoya City University, the National Institute for Physiological Sciences, and the Center for the Study of Human Behavior Evolution at Kyoto University. We provide an excellent environment for research and growth, so we welcome individuals with a constant learning attitude and a passion for research, regardless of their alma mater or department.
